The Culinary Academy of Las Vegas partners with the Culinary Workers Union Local 226, Bartenders Union Local 165, and 37 major properties on the Las Vegas Strip. Private leverage comes from these employer partners, which contribute to the training trust fund that supports the classes offered by the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas. We also partner with several community organizations and both public and private service providers. Our Student Services team utilizes our network of partners to ensure that each student receives the support and resources needed to enroll in training programs, succeed in classes, and persist through graduation to obtain and retain gainful employment.
